1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the website https://sablesend.com and **SableSend** mobile applications (hereinafter – "the Service"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, immediately stop using the Service.

These Terms operate in conjunction with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

**SableSend** is a platform for:

  • Fast file exchange up to 1 GB with automatic deletion
  • Creating private notes up to 10 MB with one-time access
  • Secure data transfer with encryption and password protection

Key features:

  • Use without mandatory registration
  • Automatic content deletion upon expiration
  • Extension of file storage period upon download
  • Multiple tariff plans with different limits

3. RULES OF CONDUCT

3.1 ALLOWED

  • Uploading personal files and documents
  • Exchanging files with friends and colleagues
  • Creating private notes
  • Using for temporary data storage
  • Password protecting content
  • Participating in the referral program

3.2 FORBIDDEN

Content:

  • Malware, viruses, Trojans
  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • Child pornography or content with minors
  • Content inciting violence or terrorism
  • Personal data without owner consent
  • Spam and mass mailings
  • Illegal content of any kind

Actions:

  • Automated access and data parsing
  • Bypassing technical restrictions
  • DDoS attacks and destructive activities
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Fraud in the referral program
  • Commercial use without permission

4. LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

4.2 Note Restrictions

  • Maximum size: 10 MB

  • Automatic deletion after first read

4.3 Automatic Extension

**Important:** If a file is downloaded at least once, the storage period is automatically extended by 30 days. The extension renews, it does not cumulate.

5. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

5.1 Account Creation

  • Accurate registration information
  • Secure email access

5.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account access security
  • All actions under your account
  • Compliance with these Terms

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other supported currencies
  • Balance top-up with subsequent debiting

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are possible:

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM

  • Creating fake accounts

Violation = exclusion from the program

8. MODERATION AND COMPLAINTS

  • Illegal content
  • Malware
  • Content with minors
  • Spam or fraud

9. CONTENT RIGHTS

  • Data preservation in case of force majeure
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Absence of errors in operation

11.2 We are NOT responsible for

  • Loss of data for any reason
  • Third-party actions with your files
  • Damage from using the Service
  • Losses exceeding the paid amount

11.3 You are responsible for

  • Compliance with legislation
  • All uploaded content
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Compensation for damages in case of violations

12. TERMINATION OF USE

12.1 By Your Initiative

  • Cessation of access to the Service
  • Deletion of the mobile application
  • Account deletion request

12.2 By Our Initiative

Grounds for blocking:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Law enforcement requirements
  • Technical necessity

Consequences:

  • Blocking access to the account
  • Deletion of all files and notes
  • Possible refund (except for violations)

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may change the Terms with notification:
