What is automatic storage prolongation?
If a file is downloaded at least once during the storage period, the period is updated: the file will be available for another 30 days from the last download. Prolongation does not accumulate, but overwrites the term.

Can files be password protected?
Yes. Any tariff has the option of setting a password for downloading.

What file types are supported?
Any standard formats are supported: images (JPEG, PNG), documents (PDF, DOCX), archives (.zip, .rar) and others. If the type is not supported, it is recommended to pack the file into ZIP.
What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?
Free — up to 300 MB per file. When switching to a paid tariff, the limit increases (Pro — 700 MB, Enterprise — 2 GB).
How long are notes and files stored?
By default — up to 30 days. In paid tariffs, this period increases (Pro — 40 days, Enterprise — 90 days). When downloading a file, the period is automatically extended by another 30 days.
Can a note or file be password protected?
Yes. When creating a note or uploading a file, you can set a password. The link will only work after entering the correct password.
How do I know who read the note or downloaded the file and when?
In your personal account, statistics are displayed: the number of downloads, the time of the last download and the date of the first reading.

After sending the ticket, you will receive a unique number. In your personal account → “Support” → “My requests” you can see the status (New, In progress, Resolved).
What to do if I have not received a response within 2 hours?
Check your “Spam” folder in your email, then resend the request or write to business@sablesend.com with the note “URGENT”.
Is it possible to appeal the decision made on my ticket?
Yes, if you disagree with the result, reply to the support email or open a new request, indicating the old ticket number and the reason.

How to close an old request after solving the problem?
In the list of tickets, click on the “Close” button next to the request number to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
